Career

She acted in some independent tele-films and shorts before moving on to work in Pakistan on the small screen. Here she was hired as a commercial model to front a number of campaigns on behalf of major Pakistani brands. This culminated in her acclaimed campaign for Nishat Linen Company in 2011, which turned Armeena into a recognisable face in Pakistan. The success of this campaign resulted in a bigger repeat campaign in 2012.

In 2011 Armeena also commenced work in Bollywood, shooting her first feature film ‘It’s too much’ (release date: 2012) and making a guest appearance in a song for the International film ‘Unforgettable’.
