Obaid’s career took off as Chief Designer for Junaid Jamshed Mens wear collection where he helped the brand gain success on a global scale. Now Obaid works as his own brand making made-to-order pieces and has already established a large celebrity clientele, designing for the likes of Humera Arshad, Ali Zafar and Pervez Musharraf. He has also done the outfits for a number of hit Pakistani dramas, including our personal favourite “Raja ki Aayegi Baraat”. Now he is expanding his business and is looking to make fashion more affordable, so that Pakistan’s finest can WEAR Pakistan’s finest, without the massive price tag.
Recently DIVA Magazine was released in which fashion designer Obaid Sheikh collection 2012 was published.
